About Muju Studio

Muju Studio

We are a partnership of 2 artists working together from our studio in St Ives Cornwall U.K.

Our work ranges from illustration to handmade bioresin sculptures.
Miss Muju loves to produce intricate detailed sculptures inspired by the illustrative work of creative partner Mr Muju.
Team Muju have been exhibiting artworks and travelling worldwide since 2009.
We are currently based by the Atlantic ocean in Cornwall UK, where you can find us exploring the coastline in our 1969 VW van, taking photographs, catching waves & trying to enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
 

 
 

About Mujuworld

Mujuworld is the creation of 2 artists based in Cornwall UK.
Mr Muju (Dave Ashlin) & Miss Muju ( Katie Weselby ) have been working together for over 14 years from their Art studio by the ocean in St Ives Cornwall.
A beautiful part of South West England known for its wild & rugged coastline, fishing villages & mythology aswell as Surfing & Artistic community.

Mr Muju is the illustrator of the characters & landscapes of Mujuworld, inspired by nature, magic & storytelling.
Mr Muju works in traditional ink drawing aswell as digital media.
He has a background in street art culture, photography & collecting toys & art.
Miss Muju creates the sculptures & resin figures based on Mujuworld characters & brings her own unique style.
Starting in clay & then working with bioresin (ecoresin) to cast limited edition figures from her own studio.
Her handmade sculptures show intricate details & a love of the sculpting process.

Mujuworld artwork is known for its use of natural forms, vibrant colours & intricate details, all these combine to project a happy & positive vibe.
Muju Studio produce one off sculptures, limited edition figures, paintings,comic books, prints & more.

Muju Studio is based in St Ives Cornwall, part of the Sloop Studios community. Located just off the harbour front.
The studio is open 2 days a week to the public and hours vary so please contact us if you are planning a visit.

Mujuworld launched their first ever Soft Vinyl production toy at STS. The Tree Spirit vinyl toy was produced by Unbox Industries, and the first 3 editions were showcased alongside original resin sculptures by Miss Muju
